via email/what’s App Message/SMS (if applicable).

5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery fails due to:

  • incorrect address
  • unavailable recipient
  • refusal to accept delivery

the shipment may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

Continua Creation is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information submitted during checkout.

8. PRE-ORDER / MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

11. LOST / STOLEN / DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package appears lost, damaged, or tampered with:

We will work with the courier partner to investigate and assist where possible.

12. UNDELIVERABLE / RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

  • refusal to accept package

we may contact the customer for re-shipment.
