How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with body measurements and garment measurements.
If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing based on your bust measurement for dresses and tops, and your waist measurement for styles with a defined waist.

What sizes do you offer?
Most Continua styles are available in S, M, L and XL.
Availability may vary by style and collection.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to help.
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it falls under our Return & Exchange Policy.
Fabrics & Care
What fabrics do you use?
We primarily work with natural fabrics such as linen, cotton and cotton-linen blends.
Our fabrics are selected for breathability, comfort and everyday wear in Indian weather conditions.
Why does linen have natural texture and creases?
Linen is a natural fiber known for its texture and relaxed character.
The soft creasing that develops through wear is part of what makes linen comfortable, breathable and beautiful.
Will the fabric shrink after washing?
All fabrics are pre-treated before production to minimize shrinkage.
However, slight natural shrinkage may occur depending on washing and drying methods.
Please follow the care instructions provided with your garment.
How should I wash my garment?
Most Continua garments can be gently hand washed or machine washed on a delicate cycle using cold water.
Avoid harsh detergents, bleach and tumble drying.
Detailed care instructions are included with every garment.
Why do natural fabrics sometimes feel different from synthetic fabrics?
Natural fibers respond to temperature, humidity and wear.
Over time, they soften and adapt to the wearer, offering comfort that synthetic fabrics often cannot replicate.

Are Continua garments designed specifically for Indian women?
Yes.
Our garments are developed with Indian body proportions in mind.
We focus on ease, movement and comfort rather than relying solely on standard international sizing blocks.
Are the garments fitted or relaxed?
Most Continua styles are designed with considered ease.

Do your dresses have pockets?
