RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At Continua Creation, each garment is created with careful attention to fabric, fit, and construction.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, size guidance and garment details carefully before placing an order.

If you require assistance before purchase, our team will be happy to help.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns only for eligible products that meet the conditions outlined below.

To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be initiated within [Insert Return Window — e.g. 7 days] from delivery.
The garment must be:
    1. unused
    2. unwashed
    3. unworn
    4. undamaged
  • Original tags, labels, packaging, and accompanying materials must remain intact.
  • The item must not show:
    1. stains
    2. perfume/fragrance
    3. makeup marks
    4. deodorant marks
    5. alterations
    6. signs of wear

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

2. EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

  • another size
  • another available variation
  • store credit (if applicable)

Exchange requests are subject to product availability at the time of processing.

If the requested size or style is unavailable, we may offer:

  • store credit
  • alternate exchange options
  • refund (where applicable) 

3. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective:

  • discounted or sale items
  • promotional purchases
  • gift cards
  • custom-made or altered garments
  • limited edition or made-to-order items (if applicable)
  • products marked as non-returnable on product pages 

4. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive:

  • a damaged product
  • a defective product
  • an incorrect item

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

support@continuacreation.com

with:

  • order number
  • clear photographs/videos
  • description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.

5. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Email us at care@continuacreation.com
  • Mention: 
    1. order number
    2. item(s) requested for return/exchange
    3. reason for request
  • Our team will review and provide further instructions.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

6. RETURN SHIPPING

Depending on the case and serviceability:

  • return pickup may be arranged by Continua Creation
    OR
  • customers may be requested to self-ship the item

Customers are advised to use reliable courier services with tracking.
Continua Creation is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

7. REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and passes quality inspection:

  • refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • processing timelines may vary depending on banks/payment providers

Typical refund processing timeline:

  • 5–10 business days after approval
  • Shipping charges, duties, taxes, or COD charges (if applicable) may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. STORE CREDIT (OPTIONAL)

Where applicable, store credit may be issued instead of refunds.

Store credit:

  • may be valid for a limited period
  • is non-transferable
  • cannot be redeemed for cash 

9. SIZE GUIDANCE & RESPONSIBILITY

We provide:

  • detailed size charts
  • fit guidance
  • model measurements
  • silhouette information

to help customers make informed decisions.

As fit preferences vary individually, returns/exchanges due to size preference may be subject to policy eligibility.

We strongly encourage customers to review sizing information carefully before purchase.

10. NATURAL FABRIC CHARACTERISTICS

Many Continua Creation garments are made using natural fabrics such as linen and cotton.

Please note that natural variations including:

  • texture irregularities
  • slubs
  • soft creasing
  • tonal variations

are part of the fabric’s nature and are not considered defects.

11. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return/exchange process where eligible. 

12. POLICY ABUSE

Continua Creation reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or accounts showing patterns of misuse or excessive return activity.
